The SPC Property Management
Committee is responsible for oversight of the Regional
Enterprise Tower, southwestern Pennsylvania's unique building
devoted to regional progress. The Property Committee plans building
improvements (such as Xplorion and the 31st floor conference/reception area), sets budgets, and
makes decisions related to the Regional
Enterprise Tower's management and operations.
