What the Program Manager does:

• Works with ATWIC’s Accessible Transportation Task Force (ATTF) to resolve access issues for transportation-disadvantaged populations.
• Facilitates JARC and NF grant application processes for Pittsburgh’s Urbanized Area.
• Advocates at state and national levels for policy decisions that will positively impact transportation and mobility.

Oversight Committee (OC)

James Hassinger, Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission
Lynn Manion, Airport Corridor Transportation Association
Stefani Pashman, Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board

What the Oversight Committee does:

• Functions as ATWIC’s Board of Directors.
• Provides general direction and guidance to ATWIC’s Program Manager.
• Authorizes all JARC and NF grant funding awards.

Technical Team (TT)
Darcy Cleaver, Port Authority of Allegheny County
Tom Klevan, Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission
Vera Krofcheck, Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board

What the Technical Team does:

• Provides professional expertise to ATWIC’s Program Manager.
• Collaborates on program-related issues.
• Provides technical support during the JARC/NF Funding Application Process.

Accessible Transportation Task Force (ATTF)
Comprised of approximately 50 representatives from the human services, workforce development, and transportation sectors.

What the Accessible Transportation Task Force does:

• Identifies transportation access barriers.
• Formulates promising solutions to alleviate barriers.
• Advances cross-agency coordination.
