RET Conservation & Sustainability Project

SPC and Oxford Development are pleased to announce a $3.1 million investment in building upgrades and improvements in lighting, temperature control, restroom facilities and energy conservation. These enhancements will affect all of us in very positive ways, from making the building more comfortable to conserving water and energy.

SPC and Oxford have partnered with CLT Efficient Technologies Group to implement the Regional Enterprise Tower Conservation and Sustainability Project.

This project features energy conservation measures including:

Windows

Windows. Improvements to the building envelope and window seals that will enhance comfort and save electricity. [ Read More . . . ]

Low E Window Film Installation* (*pending funding)

Lights Lights. A complete lighting system retrofit to upgrade all lighting in the building.

Solar Solar. Installation of the first rooftop solar panels in our downtown in order to generate clean, sustainable power from the sun's energy for years to come. [ Read More . . . ]
Water

Water. Installation of water conserving fixtures that will save millions of gallons of water each year. [ Read More . . . ]

Condensate Heat Recovery* (*pending funding)

Mechanical Mechanical. Upgrading the building automation system to maximize energy conservation and improve heating and cooling system performance. [ Read More . . . ]
