Report Highway Safety Issue

Please use the e-mail link or phone number below to report any safety hazards for pedestrians and bike riders on the roads of our ten-county Southwestern Pennsylvania region. Safety hazards include but are not limited to: gravelly or overly narrow berms, no berm at all, obstruction in the road or bike lane, and excessive wear or potholes.

When you write your message, please Be as specific as possible: i.e., tell us exactly where you found the safety concern by providing the road name, nearby intersections or landmarks, etc.
