Southwestern Pennsylvania Map

This webpage has been established to assist the resource agency consultations involved in the development of environmental aspects of the Southwestern Pennsylvania Regional Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP). The Federal regulations currently governing metropolitan transportation planning: The Moving Ahead fpr Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21), includes requirements for expanded consultation with stakeholders, including environmental and cultural resource agencies. The environmental aspects of the LRTP will be discussed in an addendum to the regional plan. This addendum to the Long Range Transportation Plan will be developed to discuss in greater detail environmental resource aspects of the Southwestern Pennsylvania's 2040 Long-Range Transportation Plan. Follow this link for the Environmental Addendum Outline. List of resource agency representatives.

The full final document is available by clicking here.

The draft text and figures for review are available by section of the Addendum Outline. The full draft document is available by clicking here.
