Andrew joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 1994. As a Transportation Technician IV working in our Traffic Counting program, he is in the field regularly, so you might just bump into him across the region. He conducts manual traffic counts and supports with setting machine traffic counts. He also maps and verifies various sites and landmarks within our region like emergency facilities, bike and pedestrian trails, traffic and flashing safety signals, shopping centers, parks, and war memorials. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Franklin Pierce College in New Hampshire.
