Devon joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 2024. As the Manager of Transit Programs, he is responsible for managing the day-to-day work of our transportation team. Devon advises and coordinates transit stakeholders on how we can increase accessibility and mobility across the region. In addition, Devon facilitates the Transit Operator Committee meetings and coordinates transit Transportation Improvement Program requests. Previously the Director of Innovation for Rock Island County Metropolitan Mass Transit District, Devon is enthusiastic about coordinating transit and mobility planning and technologies on a regional level. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Applied Mathematics from Augustana College.
