Erika Eagan

Models & Data Analyst III

Erika joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 2019. As a Data Analyst III, she manages and interprets travel demand and forecast model information, deriving trends and patterns, that help to support multi-modal planning within our 10 county region. Erika will design and evaluate advanced analyses to produce maps, tables, and other reports that support our internal departments and external stakeholders. Additionally, she uses her technical expertise to develop new processing techniques, and review data sources. During her time with us, Erika has worked with municipalities, transit authorities, and universities to help synthesize data and derive insights that support their planning needs. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Law, Society, and Justice from the University of Washington, and a Master of Science degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy.
