Mark joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 2025. As a Transit Planner I, he supports the work of the Transportation planning team in a variety of program areas including work on the Public Transit Human Services Coordinated Transportation Plan, Transportation Improvement Plan and the Long-Range Transportation plan. He additionally provides technical support to the Transit operators committee (TOC) and manages the Human Services subcommittee of the TOC, which convenes the regions public transit operators and health services stakeholders together periodically to discuss planning related to the needs of the disabled, elderly, and low income residents of our region.
Mark holds a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business, a Master of Business Administration from West Virginia University, and a B.S in Recreation, Parks, Tourism Resources from West Virginia University.
