Mike joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 2012. As a Transportation Technician III working in our Traffic Counting program, he works out in the field regularly, so you might just bump into him across the region. He sets machine traffic counters and cameras that track traffic movements and vehicle road usage on various roadways. The data he collects is submitted to PennDOT and helps to determine what resources that our local roadways are in need of. Additionally, he conducts inventory reports for park and ride lots across the region.
