Rena joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 2000. As the Manager of our International Trade Export Assistance program, she provides counseling and technical support to small businesses, companies, and other entities that want to export their products. In this role, Rena collaborates with partners to promote international trade and exports from our 10 county region, and facilitates trade events and other activities for our partners. She serves as the official Regional Export Network (REN) Coordinator on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Office of International Business Development for our region. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Music from Beijing Central Conservatory of Music in China, a Master degree in Music from the University of Denver, and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Arizona’s Thunderbird School of Global Management.
