Emily joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 2023. As a GIS Analyst II in our Traffic Counting Program, she updates and maintains our GIS data and checks it for currency and accuracy. She collects and creates spatial data that is used in various transportation programs and other studies. Emily also assists with manual traffic counts, designs, and cartographic products. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Allegheny College.
