Matt joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 2022. As the Grant and Contract Administrator, Matt works on drafting agreements, reports, compliance guidelines, and invoices in support of our organization’s contracts with vendors and for the state and federal grants that we receive. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Duquesne University.
