Ailisa joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 1998. As the Secretary Treasurer/Director of Finance, she manages all aspects of the organization’s finances, guaranteeing compliance with financial requirements and maintaining cost-effectiveness. She leads a team of five staff members specializing in payroll, budgeting, contracts, grants, and accounts payable and receivable.

In addition, Ailisa and her team track funding sources and monitor the organization’s total expenditures to ensure optimal use of all funds. Ailisa advances strategic efforts through her expertise in financial management to best safeguard the organization’s financial health. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Robert Morris University.
