Julia joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in the fall of 2023. As the Manager of our Travel Demand Management (TDM) program, Julia is responsible for educating the region’s population about the benefits of what TDM is and how it can be applied to their everyday life. As part of this work, Julia assists in the promotion and use of transportation modes other than Single-Occupancy Vehicles (SOV’s), including active transportation initiatives, and he administers our CommuteInfo (carpool/vanpool) program. Anthony works closely with employers, businesses, and non-profit organizations to inform them about our CommuteInfo program and how it can help cut down their employees’ travel times.
