Rich joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 1996. As an Accountant in the finance department, Rich is responsible for processing the payroll of our staff, filing the quarterly payroll taxes, processing invoices and purchase orders, tracking charges, and reconciling bank statements for various purchases. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Robert Morris University.
