Zach joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 2025. He serves as one of our organization’s Data Analysts working in our Models and Data Analysis department. As a Data Analyst I, Zach compiles and organizes spatial and tabular data that is used in our air quality studies, travel demand modeling, and transportation projects. Zach holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor’s degree in History from La Roche University.
